Process
This all started with a referral.
I received a call about a week after I was referred.
There was first an HR interview over the phone, followed by a couple of telephone screen interviews.
This was then followed by an in-person interview with the Sr. Director.
Questions
The interview focused mostly on technical areas, including:
- Custom development of ASP.NET apps
- C#
- SharePoint Search
- Custom web part development
These were drawn from my recent and past experiences. I also received detailed questions about my current projects, architecture, design, and customizations.
