The process began with a phone screen, discussing my experience, interests, and depth of understanding.
This was followed by a referral to the hiring manager, which led to an interview with three seniors.
During this interview, I was asked many questions about my interests, technical skills, and in-depth Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design concepts.
Finally, there were questions about my experience, understanding, and interest in the challenges that would be available.
