Pros: Enough opportunity to explore. If you are technically savvy, you have a lot more opportunities to learn, develop, execute, and grow.
Cons: Inevitable and surprising changes in leadership make you and your career experience surprise and shock. Because if you are a proven professional under one leader, and all of a sudden you have to work with another leader overnight, it's difficult to adapt and sync. So, do your best always. Maybe this won't affect you much.
