Pros: Dell is one of the best places to work. The work culture here is very flexible; there are no strict office timings and no punch in/out concept, which really helps maintain a good work-life balance. Colleagues are very cooperative, and the overall environment is positive and supportive. I am part of the File Systems team, which is one of Dell’s core products in the data protection domain. The work is interesting and challenging, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Apart from work, Dell also encourages a friendly culture with regular team outings and lunches, which makes the workplace even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to build a career.

Cons: As such, there are no cons. But, yeah, Dell is basically for the file system. If you want to work in some other domain like AI and ML, then there are not many opportunities. They are slowly going towards new AI and cutting-edge technologies.
