The interview process consisted of two rounds:
- First call with two developers on the team.
- Second call with the manager.
I was nervous, so I wasn't able to answer to the best of my ability. However, they were nice and professional, and the interview flowed well.

Pros: I would say Dell is the best place to work at. All are very supportive, and work is also balanced. I would really recommend Dell to everyone. Only at Dell, many people are staying for very long years and are not resigning.
Cons: Because Dell is a US-based company, meetings can sometimes be between 7-9 AM. Other than that, I have not seen any cons at Dell.
