I had a screening with an HR representative and then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. The interview seemed to go well; the manager indicated he would like to have me back for a technical interview. I sent an email to the HR recruiter and have not heard anything back, so I feel I've been ghosted for three weeks. It feels like a waste of time.

Cons: No innovation - products are developed overseas for the most part. Although they profess to want to be innovative, they are adverse to the costs of actual R&D. Very much on rails - they want to produce the same products year over year for less cost. They want engineers, but don't seem to know what to do with them. Most of the engineers I know who work there are either in danger of losing their jobs or doing non-engineering tasks (e.g., project management, marketing, etc.).
