The process was fairly straightforward. I had a phone conversation with the Hiring Manager to go over my experience and resume. Shortly after, I was given an onsite interview. During this interview, I met with a manager from QE, another Director, and finally the Hiring Manager again. He went over the specific role requirements and responsibilities, and at the end, asked me to solve a very simple problem on the whiteboard.
