Pros: Great work culture to learn and grow.

Cons: No disadvantage in learning and growing.

Pros: When I saw people working beside them studying for their bachelor's degree, I always thought it to be very difficult, and I was then sure that they had to give up their social lives to be able to make it work, but I was mistaken. After 3 months of joining Dell Technologies as a part-time intern and going through my senior year and graduation project, I can confidently say that they were one of the best 3 months that I had for years. They are very flexible and very understanding of students' schedules, and everyone does their best to help. I have learned so many things, and the exposure to different teams is beyond amazing. They are very keen on everyone's individual development. Thankful for everyone who had a hand in my journey.

Cons: There are literally no disadvantages to writing.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth and learning. Depending on the manager you work with, the person has many opportunities to learn about different technologies.

Cons: Returned to in-person, which can be a problem for those who study in different shifts.
