The interview process was conducted in two stages: telephonic and face-to-face. The entire process took approximately three weeks. I was offered the position of Associate based on my interview, despite my limited experience. The best part is that they evaluate candidates according to their skill base and then offer a position accordingly, making the process less rigid in terms of seniority.
