The process was solely written initially. The first written test was held a day before the interview. There were three interview rounds on the main interview day.
Two technical rounds and one HR round. You would wait for your turn from 9 AM to 9 PM, and then you might receive a notification: 'No more interviews, selections done.'
Questions
Once they get your number, they won't take your interview even if you are shortlisted. This is despite their claims of being the best in ethics.
