I applied for a job at Dell and had an on-campus interview. Two engineering managers asked me questions about my project.
Interviewing with Dell was honestly the best interview experience I've ever had, much better than Google or Microsoft. The people who interviewed me made me feel like they really cared. They were genuinely trying to see if I was a good fit for a role at Dell.
Overall, it was a great experience.
