Pros: - Big company, there's probably a group for everyone.
- Decent prospects for career advancement/full-time hires.
- Good pay.
- Very organized intern program.
Cons: - Still viewed as a "step down" from the most prestigious large tech companies (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, etc.).
- While good, pay is not quite at the level of some competitors.
