Good pay, awesome people, learned a lot.
Cons: Promotions were hard to get. It's better to get a good salary from your start day.

Cons: The company is being plundered and not investing in itself. There is a constant layoff culture. Senior leadership is out of touch. They changed employment terms without negotiating.
