Pros: Their internship program is extremely strong and provides the experience to take an entire project from start until finish. Normally, interns are tasked with grunt work, but this certainly was not the case. Dell Software gives you the opportunity to work on a project that you can call your own.
Cons: Dell has been experiencing financial hardships, and it was extremely unfortunate to see the entirety of the Madison department shut down. There were some extremely good people there, and it's sad to see these jobs go overseas.

Pros: Was exposed to good practices and Agile methodology, including:
* Rapid iterative development
* Continuous integration
* Source control
* Functional testing
Various departments worked in close proximity, making it easy to get feedback. Laid-back culture, but driven to deliver results.
Cons: I wasn't sure how to advance my career or explore other positions. I didn't feel like I fit the culture. They outsourced entire teams to other countries.

Pros: Fun crew of very talented people.
Division manager is smart, driven, but kind and genial.
Attention is paid to various forms of diversity.
Supports the educational goals of students while challenging them with professional culture and development projects.
Cons: One negative is that sadly, I will be heading on to other pastures soon!
Not enough time to really be able to speak on things like corporate culture and values, or long-term career opportunities to much effect.
