Process

After a week of my application, I received a call from HR which lasted for nearly 30 minutes. The conversation focused on my previous work experience and why I am interested in being part of Dell. HR also explained the roles, responsibilities, and project details.

The next round was a telephonic interview with the Senior QA Manager. I was asked questions related to my job experience, examples of how I had been a team player, and the approaches I would take during extreme QA deadlines. I was also asked why I would like to be part of Dell and what my long-term goals look like. The Senior Manager wanted to know about my enthusiasm for the role and the company.

The third round was a face-to-face interview with a technical panel of three: a Senior Manager, a QA Manager, and a Senior Developer. This round was technical and based on my knowledge of QA approaches and methodologies, Scrum, and Agile.
