Cons: Poor onboarding processes for new joinees. People in solution/technical architect profiles have a tough time in their initial days. Less travel opportunities, unlike Indian IT companies. Average/poor cafeteria.

Pros: Flexible with trusting management.

Cons: You are a cog in a very large wheel. A lot of effort and humility is required to be a key contributor.

Pros: I joined Dell about 6 months back. Day one and till now it has been a pleasant working experience with the company and people. I am fortunate to be part of the group.
