Process
The interview process was 1:1. It took place out in the open, by the elevators, and wasn't very private. I was told later that my resume "stunk." I received a series of questions about different scenarios within the systems engineering organization and how I would handle issues.
The one I remember involved a scenario where an application team wanted two servers to test on. I answered by suggesting VMs for a test period.
