The package/remuneration offered is good, based on the service/experience level. Lateral entries are paid well. Overall, a good company to work with.

Cons: No hikes or proper bonus if you get into the IT department at Dell. No proper promotion; it is all based on the number of years you are on a particular grade and not on performance. There are no performance reviews or grading systems, and no perks or extra benefits for employees. Monetary growth is pretty low once you join this company.
