It was part of the campus recruitment.
Although the job description (JD) provided earlier was for a software engineer, they reverted to a validation engineer role on the day of recruitment.
I performed well in the first technical round and was selected for further rounds. I reached the final round, and everything was going smoothly.
However, in the end, they hired all the female candidates. The four male candidates (who I'm confident were more qualified) were not selected.
