Salary hikes have reduced to a flat 7-8% p.a. from the standard 12-15% range. No stocks or incentives are given.
Cubicles have been removed, and engineers are made to sit at one long desk (Agile model).
One floor was occupied by 200 people and now it has been made to occupy 450 engineers. Things are getting smaller as the company gets bigger.
Office location is too far from the city.
