Good Team, Poor Investment
Colleagues are good, and work-life balance was okay.
Extremely disorganized. Resource investment in tools and processes is laughably poor.
"Penny smart and pound foolish" is the term that comes to mind.
There are no incentives for productivity, and promotion or advancement is very difficult regardless of ability.
We really need to improve keeping quality staff and managers. Low pay and lack of incentives means the company is really full of dead weight, which causes a lot of productivity problems.
