They have four rounds of interviews, and each round is on a different day. This means you have to take off four times just to attend the interviews. It's a very lengthy process.
Mechanical Associate Engineer II
Great interview, nice questions, friendly behavior, great talent, nice manager. 40 minutes, well processed, good communication. No silly questions, all meaningful. I was happy to be at Dell. Good for all levels.
