There are no good reasons to work in this company.

Do not have minimum courtesy towards employees.

Employees are not notified or informed when their H1B visa is withdrawn while they are in service.

There are a lot of corrections needed on the payroll.

I found two corrections in the payroll and requested HR to make the necessary corrections. They made the correction for one instance in the current financial year and said it was out of scope for the previous financial year.

These issues were found with employee knowledge; how many are there without them knowing?

Is it not the company's responsibility to make corrections on the payroll when issues are found?

Is it correct to say "out of scope" when it is the employee's money?

Please do not make drastic changes without any strong reasons.
