Pros

Proven by many who have left Dell, Dell is always the best place to work, and if given a chance, they would want to come back.

Flexibility: Working remotely from home or anywhere with a secured connection. Chances to work with other team members from different regions.

Managers: Very supportive managers. 1x1 meetings with managers to discuss and understand expectations and how we are doing so far. No issues or concerns will be left behind.

Knowledge: Trainings are provided, and exams are sponsored. Many learning platforms are provided too.

Great teamwork: Team members support each other. Practicing Agile methodology. Pair programming during development work; share knowledge and brainstorm solutions together.

Career growth: In Dell, if you can prove you can do it above and beyond, you deserve to grow to the next level.

Cons

Very fast-changing technology and processes, which sometimes give us challenges to catch up with. But overall, it is a new thing, and this is the time for us to learn. Stop nagging, or you will not go anywhere!

Benefits and pay are average or maybe less. But given that you have a very good team, good managers, work-life balance, and flexibility, these are things you would not find elsewhere.

Allowances are not as much as before.
