Dell constantly encourages learning, and there are many courses available for employees to take should they be interested.
I would say the biggest pointer here is that all your hard work, should you hit or go beyond expectations, is very well celebrated and appreciated here.
Lastly, it really doesn't matter if you are a fresh graduate or on a senior level, as the working environment and its people are very nurturing. It's really an amazing place to learn and gain experience.
To be honest, I can't think of any as for now.
