Terrible management
I work with people from all over the world, which adds to my fluency in other languages.
Company with poor management. Growth within the company is very difficult, and compensation is not as good as in other big techs. Additionally, they are now forcing employees to go to the office five days a week, even though the office is tiny.
Overall, it was not a good experience working at Dell.
