Everyone is really nice and wants you to succeed. They provide a lot of cool events to attend.
Flexible work hours, even for interns.
Projects vary a lot, and the company gets re-orged frequently, which means you may sign on for one project and then be given a different one.
It's really hard to understand the organization and talk to anyone outside of your direct team. They will say yes to talking, but it's very hard to figure out who you even need to talk to.
Don't let hiring managers tell the project too early; it is disappointing if it switches later on.
Also, have managers/mentors make a list of people to reach out and talk to in 1x1 who are in other teams if interested.
