A great place to work, with many opportunities for development
Flexible working hours, understanding management which always helps and advises if I ask them.
Lots of opportunities for development. I started at Dell 14 years ago as a production worker in the Poland factory.
Over the years, I got to know most of the factory processes and was promoted several times.
Lots of experience and knowledge gained, which is paying off after some time.
Currently working at Dell in Ireland.
From my perspective, I didn't find any.
I do my work, which I like, and it is adequately rewarded.
Continue to maintain this level of culture and a good environment for development and daily work.
