Pros

A lot of kind, smart people to work with.

Cons

The bonus plan, which usually makes the job pay reasonably, was cut by 25% this year. We have had two medical cost increases in three years. The medical plan is a high-deductible plan that costs a lot. Engineer-level coworkers can now not afford needed medications. Other coworkers cannot get needed physical therapy for their kids because no one takes our insurance due to the low payout. Management doesn't seem worried and has expressed willingness to replace staff with college graduates to reduce costs.

Advice to Management

None, because they know and they aren't even trying.
