Can't think of any pros. Maybe the salary; it was quite okay.
Not one single promise was kept. I was tricked into the contract. A background check was announced after I signed the contract, conducted outside of Ireland, and did not conform with EU laws.

Work environment: Old, dysfunctional desktop computers, and very small monitors (two; wow, at least that). In order to do the job, one only has to handle and copy-paste between a plethora of buggy and outdated web applications. Policies and procedures are not available. Although Dell maintains a policies and procedure library, it is unfortunately hopelessly outdated and incomplete.

There was one technical and one non-technical interview. In the technical interview, I was asked to write code for searching and a few other questions. The next round consisted of behavioral questions. The interview process was easy.
There were three rounds of interviews, two of which were technical. The technical rounds were quite in-depth and really measured the candidate's knowledge. For an individual familiar with the platform, it was not too overwhelming.
