Easy to make great friends and new friends. Work is challenging, very tough but satisfying.
Very little recognition, especially financial rewards. Bonuses are very little and churn rate is high. Maybe that's why I see new faces in the office all the time.
There isn't enough support and recognition from management for the hard work done. It will be tough to keep the best talent if they keep leaving.
