Hiring was done based on a hackathon. Teams were given a problem statement and tasked with creating a full-stack solution, which was then presented. Mentors were helpful while guiding us through the hackathon organized by the company.

I applied through online and the recruiter contacted me back and discussed about the opening and scheduled the screening interview with the hiring manager. It took around a week. Finally, I got the interview schedule.
