Dell Technologies is a big company with many customers around the world. It's a good place to take on challenges and face difficult problems. Based on my experience with several projects, all of them involve significant load/performance challenges. You will definitely find a challenge here.

• Good people.

I am part of a team from different countries and time zones. It's a great opportunity to learn different mentalities. Also, I see only regard and mutual understanding without any toxic atmosphere.

• Balance between life and work.

I am a university student, but I can still combine my full-time work with university lectures without any problem.

• A lot of extra activities.

There are many events like hackathons, the Graduate Development Program (GDP), meetups, local radio, sports sections, and etc. You will probably find something that you like.
