Great to work with new technology. People, colleagues, and friends at Dell are some of the best people on the planet. They will help you with any issue or difficulty you may have.
Salary is dreadful. Jeff Clarke is clueless and will destroy the company and cause mass redundancies. Jeff Clarke is a dictator (I have spoken to multiple Senior directors and VPs, all of whom agree). I worked with the same team for nearly 6 years. I could do my job well and I was constantly innovating. The team hired a college grad whose salary was only slightly below mine, which was completely demoralizing. I was one of the main go-to people in the team. I applied for several senior roles in the company and was offered the role as a Senior Security Engineer, which I was very happy with. However, Dell HR refused to tell me the new job's salary. I am the only provider for my household, and it was getting to the stage where I was struggling financially. I informed HR of this and asked if they could inform me of the salary. I was told no, it's not policy for internal moves.
Listen to your employees. Imagine how much better off the company would be without Jeff Clarke.
The interview process was conducted entirely online and proved to be a very pleasant and professional experience from start to finish. The interviewers were engaging and well-prepared. They created a comfortable environment that allowed me to showca
There was one technical and one non-technical interview. In the technical interview, I was asked to write code for searching and a few other questions. The next round consisted of behavioral questions. The interview process was easy.
There were three rounds of interviews, two of which were technical. The technical rounds were quite in-depth and really measured the candidate's knowledge. For an individual familiar with the platform, it was not too overwhelming.
