As an intern, my internship project turned out to be an important portion of a long-term project in the Dell Wireless Engineering Team. I got to talk to VP-level people during the internship and present my progress, and also arranged 1x1 talks with almost any senior employee to consult for career experience. I think it was a rewarding experience both in terms of the project and those 1x1 conversations I had with people.
One downside is the bureaucracy of a large enterprise like Dell. Even if your team is proactive in proposing new ideas that transform the development of the company's products, other teams collaborating with you or some senior-levels might not be as enthusiastic in new stuff, which can render new changes to happen really slowly.
Pretty easy 1 DSA question. That's all. LeetCode medium and very internal details about databases in general. Previous company questions and architecture details about company software. Pretty easy managerial round.
The interviewer was incredibly friendly and kind. The process was easy to set up, and she was very informed and able to answer all of my questions. I enjoyed being able to have the supportive environment.
Focuses on your past experiences, problem-solving skills, and how you handle specific situations. Questions go deeper into your skills, cultural fit, and how you would approach challenges specific to the role or company.
