COVID has been hard on Dell employees in general, despite good financial performance. This is due to cutbacks, freezes, shifting strategies, and etc., which is a bit contradictory to the financial performance.
A more robust and firm strategy, without shifting left and right, will help a lot. Value employee contributions and inspire them, given all went above and beyond, not just look at numbers.
