Decent Pay. Night shift is easy work. They try to get you hired into other departments.

Cons

No communication with policy changes.

Day shift is back-to-back calls.

Nine-month contract only.

Advice to Management

If you're going to change policies regarding your point system, which can result in people getting fired, let them know before the change, not after the change has gotten them fired.
