The manager asked me about my technical and project experiences. Questions included: * What is the most challenging thing you've faced? * How do you overcome interpersonal problems? * What did you do and what were you responsible for?

There wasn't a lot to it. I just submitted my resume and was selected for an interview. It was one-on-one and a one-time thing. All of the questions were pretty standard.
