Pros

Casual environment, reasonable work-life balance, and reasonably good pay.

Cons

Bureaucracy is prevalent, a result of a company that grew very fast and then had to add processes to control information.

Politics at the management level.

Decisions are based on short-term focus, with a lack of long-term strategies.

Advice to Management

Make bold decisions for long-term success. We need to stop reacting to competition and start getting ahead of them by investing in bold new products (accepting possibilities of failure) and people. We cannot survive on cost-cutting. There is so much juice that can be squeezed out of a piece of lemon.
