Some of the people that work for Dell get sick too often. I would say few people are really working hard; the rest are working, and the others are getting sick too often or do not look like they are working.
Give more chances to newcomers with hunger to become leaders so they take part of the job of older leaders who are struggling to balance life and multiple projects.
