Work/life balance is great. If you are part of the right team, then you will have a lot to learn and add to your resume. The people I work with are nice and helpful. The salary is decent, considering that you are in Austin, which is a lot cheaper than other cities.

For people on work visas, their GC policies are very weird and slow. I feel that promotions are hard to come by if you are on a work visa, and also given the fact that the organization is an inverted pyramid. Sometimes work gets really hectic, and you might have to put in some weekend time.
