Lots of layoffs. Not very hands-on; more learning than working in the field.

Mostly, it's a behavioral interview with the goal of seeing how confident you are in holding a conversation and gauging your ability to interact with others. The technical aspect is minimal.

The interview was conducted online and the interviewer asked about my past projects. It took about an hour and they also inquired about my past work experience. The interviewer was very nice, and it was a casual interview. I only had one interview.
