Mostly, it's a behavioral interview with the goal of seeing how confident you are in holding a conversation and gauging your ability to interact with others. The technical aspect is minimal.

The interviewer was incredibly friendly and kind. The process was easy to set up, and she was very informed and able to answer all of my questions. I enjoyed being able to have the supportive environment.

The process is different for everyone. Most people only have behavioral interviews, which are very easy to pass. However, my interviewer was rapid-firing extremely hard technical questions, so be prepared for either.
