- Variable amount always comes more than 100%, which is a bonus.
- No micromanagement.
- No proper growth.
- No proper increment or hike.
- No proper promotion on time.
Promote employees who have worked for more than 3 years at least, and give hikes to employees. Then there will be no attrition.
