What is happening in the US, and consequently also in Europe but less accentuated, I don't think is very good. Asking people to return to the office appears to be a clear move to reduce staffing for free.
This thing definitely needs to be reviewed. Many large multinationals are doing it, and I was hoping that Dell wasn't one of them.

There were three rounds of interviews, two of which were technical. The technical rounds were quite in-depth and really measured the candidate's knowledge. For an individual familiar with the platform, it was not too overwhelming.
