Great teamwork, a lot of learning experiences
Dell is a great place to work, to know and learn good software. The people are fantastic. You can work across the ocean and learn from many people around the world. I was a contractor, so I don't know about perks, but my teammates made my time great there. Management was willing to negotiate rates even as a contractor. They offered a great deal for me to become full-time. Great work-life balance is available.
Issues with the management have been present for some time due to a manager being missing. This was then resolved.
