Dell has a rigid technical peer review. Everyone is asked the same questions, followed by a manager interview. The interview is generally fairly simple, but it does help weed out those that do not belong.

Two-part interview. First was a standard behavioral interview, but the second was a very unusual pair programming exercise in a language I didn't have any experience with. I was given plenty of hints and website resources to help.

This was the first round, and the interviewer asked questions based on the skills mentioned in my profile. Overall, it was a good experience. Most questions were from Java and design patterns, with a few from Kubernetes.
