I applied through an internal referral and received an interview call within two days. Since the position was for a senior role, I had high expectations for the interview process. I arrived at the venue on time, but the interview commenced only after

* Three rounds of technical interviews; you should be very strong in L3 protocols to crack them. * They will focus more on basics and then move up as the interviews progress.

Called for a face-to-face discussion. Two technical rounds were followed by a managerial round. The interviewer seemed naive and did not ask the right questions. The focus was on Data Structures and Algorithms.
