Great place to work indeed
I loved working at Dell, especially because of the flexible hours and remote work support: all the gear, money to assemble your home office, and monthly internet expense refunds. Also, the company's ethics and inclusion are great; I really felt supported and heard. Career growth is very important to them, and they help you achieve your goals. Overall, it was a great experience; I most certainly would like to work for them again.
Salary was good, but less than the market's average. Also, promotions and raises were very difficult to get.
