Pros

Benefits are good, and work-life balance has changed for those who need remote employment.

Cons

Career progression is lacking.

Managers have their own favorites and promote those within that group.

Leadership misguides the company employees at these all-hands meetings. They paint a picture of company growth and then let go of several areas, leaving existing employees to deal with the aftermath.

Advice to Management

Get a plan in motion regarding your employee surveys. They are talking to you, but you're not listening. Worst Place to Be Employed.
